Any Word on how long it will take for Verizon to get us our new phone?
I mailed in my claim for the V710 a few months back and was just wondering if anyone has heard back from Verizon about getting a new phone yet or how long this might take for them to actually get back to us? Getting close to V3c time 🙂

The earliest you will get a new phone will be late January. Excuse my not knowin', but what is V3c ?

The New Razar.... I think it will be out Nov. 28th. Is Verizon supposed to send or call us or anything? I printed out the paper work (they never contacted me) and I mailed it in, I also went to Verizon store and had them print me out a copy of my receipt of my phone and bluetooth headset.
