I e-mailed Motorola to ask when will the phone be released and the dimensions on the phone. this is the answer they gave me:
We may tell you however that the V710 phone is scheduled to be shipped to Verizon Wireless for distribution during the month of May and should be on the shelves by the first week of June.

Regarding your other concern, the dimensions of the V710 are as follows:

3.70" x 1.93" x 0.92" (94mm x 49mm x 23mm)

And its weight is 4.06 oz (115g).

I hope that this information is of use to you.

These are the same dates I've been getting and I've contacted each company well over a dozen times. Motorola keeps saying May21st and Verizon has now changed it's tone to say "soon", since they can't guarantee when testing will end. 😛 Kinda makes sense, since more and more v710s are popping up on Ebay. Motorola is ready to release, and probably has in a few cases, while Verizon is still skeptical that the product will work. 😛

I know this phone has everything but the kitchen sink in it, but does that sound a little big to anyone else? Do you think the 3.70" includes the Antenna sticking out the top? I hope its not too bulky to fit in my pocket 😕

Nevermind, I just compared size specs to some other phones I have seen in person and it looks like its not out of line. Especially considering what Motorola was able to cram into the thing.
