settlement.. getting the runaround

has anybody not received their claim form yet?

I haven't and when i called customer service to ask why they haven't sent the form yet, they said that they couldn't help me on this matter. So then i was like, who do i contact to find out if i will be sent a form, and if not, why not? Again they said that customer service could not help me, and then directed me to call 1-800-416-8778. So i called, and there wasn't anybody to talk to because it was a completely automated service that did not allow me to talk to anyone to answer my questions. So i called customer service back again, and they said that there was nothing they could do, and then directed me back to the same f***ing phone number. Could be the problem is not Verizon, but a person who apparently cannot express a thought without using "MF." If you must use distasteful, juvenile language, use it elsewhere. I prefer not to see it. Grow up!
