In late May, im goin on vacation to the Dominican Republic. And rumor is that this phone comes out during that time. I have my own account and so does my sister. Is there a possible way she can upgrade the phone for me? I have asked 2 verizon stores. One tells me that with the Full Access thing that she can. But another tells me even with the Full Access thing, she cant. asked 2 salesman from the Verizon Store that had said yes. So is one store retarded?Does anybody have a definite answer?? I need to know. Please tell me thanks.

i'm sorry i cant answer your question, but...wouldn't it be more sensible to wait until your return to purchase the phone? chances are (depending on your length of stay) that it might be a little cheaper, if she upgrades it for you, wouldn't she have to ship it to you? or something? does cdma even work there?

Well the reason i would want to her buy it right away if i was on vacation is so that she can register the phone for me at motorola website to see if i can get that free bluetooth accessory.. Does anybody know about my question?? Any experience trying it?

lol what gives you the idea i am german? my point still stands that 9/10 of the people on this forum will not buy the phone when it comes out and another 7/10 of the people on this forum have nothing even remotely close to bluetooth. lemme guess ya'll gon sync it up with your new acura watever the model number is or is it a new this or a new that that u currently poses. c'mon go sell ur bs to some other forum!
😡 and yea theres no reason to read the post b4 mine cuz whatever ur reason is is not logical. 🙂

Well if verizon won't allow it, you can always get a power of attorney. They are really simple to do. Just write a statement allowing your sister to have full access to your account or whatever for a certain period of time and then get it notorized. All this assuming, Verizon won't allow it.

I got real lucky, I went to the store and upgraded my parents phones about 4 months ago and the guy never asked for identification. I told him I was my dad and I needed to upgrade the 2 phones on his family plan. Maybe she'll get lucky if she says she is you.
