MP3 Users: Where are you getting them?
To those that are using the mp3 player function on their phone:
Where are you getting your mp3s? I used to use WinMX, but I was looking at iTunes, MusicMatch, and others and they all use encoded files.
I thought I could use MusicMatch because it uses WMA files, but I am unable to convert them to mp3 because they are protected.
This leaves me 2 options:
-Continue downloading music illegaly
-Find an audio converter that will convert encoded files to mp3
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
-T

Use itunes and then use this decoder to http://www.hymn-project.org/ put to an mp3 and decrypt your music. Still don't share decrypted music because you account name is on the mp3 file.

itunes (via drinking pepsi stuff)
ripped cd's (using itunes)

For itunes songs you can use jhymn from http://www.hymn-project.org/jhymndoc/ . Check out the instructions about the BIG SECRET. This will remove all the id info. If you do this future updates to itunes won't be able to re encrypt your songs. Once you have removed the drm just right click on the track in your itunes library and select convert to mp3. Now you can put the straight mp3 on the phone.
