Will the v710 be able to use the 256 memory transflash that you can get over the net? Anyone know?

Yes it will work. You should be able to purchase via web for approx $42. I have both the 126 and 256mb transflash. It sound like Sandisk is going to release a 512mb transflash in the future. No release date yet.
