Photo Transfer via Transflash
Someone please help. I cannot figure out how in the world to transfer photos from my computer to my phone w/ the transflash. Each time I try it says the photo is TOO BIG. I have tried to resize the photo, but i'm striking out left and right. I was able to do it one time, but since then I'm batting "0".
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Open the photo in Paint (Start->Run->mspaint)
Press Ctrl+W
Change to 50% or 25% for both veritcal and horizontal
Goto File->Save As... and save as filename_lores
Copy to your transflash.
