Name dial "Voice Mail" is not dialing

Anyone who has the v710 knows that there are many ways to get to voicemail. One way is to say the command "Voicemail" and apparently, *86 is dialed and then you have to hit # and your password to actually check your messages.

Another way is to go into your contacts and select Voicemail. This number can be programmed in however you like, for example you can program it to automatically enter your password for you. This one has the speed dial entry set to 1 so when you press and hold the 1 button, it will dial this entry, password and everything.

The problem I am running into is that this phonebook entry called "Voicemail" will not dial using name dial. I thought it might have to do with a conflict of the built-in command "Voicemail" ...

For whatever it's worth, when you dial *86 there is a time charge. However, when you dial your own VZW number, assuming your on the right plan, there is no charge for the call since it is simply to another VZW number which is included with many plans.
