Of course - after the money spent on this dern thing - I would definitely do this than BUY something else! LOL
Anyways, the pain now is that though I can get ringers of different varieties - I cannot do anything about photos.... another reason to NOT sync via my Palm.... I am desperate now! Please help? âšī¸
I believe you will find that the problem lies in the reader itself. If not, for some reason the adapter is not cooperating with the reader you have installed.
Every SD reader I have tried (2 generic and 1 moto) have all worked fine. My PPC Ipaq and Rio mp3 player also read it fine.
No unfortunately - I thought of this also and none of my friends or family have an SD card. Sad to say I am the most "techie" of my bunch đ lol
"Does the computer recognise a "removable drive" when you plug in the adapter by itself (with no TF card)?"
Yes but doesn't recognize the card.
And unfortunately the longer I've thought about this problem the more I have to concur that I may need a new reader but that is just more unwanted "anguish" I don't want right now... âšī¸ I got the 6-in-1 to avoid this kind of problem especially when I wanted to switch digital cameras but I guess it might be for nought?
