710 and MAC...also not working with PC

I just got my MOTOROLA usb cable and install disk and transflash card.
Is the motorola not compatible with mac?
I am running OSX.2

Someone help me here....how do i install the program on my mac so i can up/download sounds and things?

you need to use iSync from Apple. You can download it from there website.
I have a mac and it works great with my v710
