just visited verizon
i got off of the phone with verizon and they told me they shipped out the new phones so i went to a verizon corporate store in yonkers and they told me they werent shipped out yet and that the person i spoke iwth on the phone was just saying that...anyway she said she would be more than happy to give me any other phone in the store of equal or lesser value...but if i went to lesser value i would not be reimbursed..she also said there would be no software update any time soon...just wanted to let everyone know

FYI,
I talked to our Fulfillment Dept and they have no idea when those phones will ship. I hate to burst anyones bubble, and not trying to start anything, everyone know's i try...
