The Radio Shack link did not work, so I used "bluetooth" as a keyword and found the HF800 there, and that one, to be honest with you, looks the same as the expansys picture, just the blue is not there surrounding the chrome multi-function button. I think both are artist representations rather than photos.

I have been told that all of the BT headsets are analog. If this is true, I would imagine this would apply to the BT speaker as well. I would also imagine that the the digital to analog to digital conversions would somehow affect sound quality too.
Anyone willing to educate me?

Placing the BT speaker on your visor sounds like a matter of location. I am still wondering what is better about this over the speaker that is already in the phone. I have not tried it but I would imagine I could easily tuck the phone over the visor and get the same result (assumes I tuck the screen/earpiece end and leave the mic/speaker end sticking out). right now, I am using a generic phone holder that plugs into lighter socket (no electric) with a 10" flexible arm and holder. Seems OK. I must pull the phone out long enough to hit the voice dial button but I think I may be able to re-program a soft key to get around that.
