Nokia 6620
Just purchased 6620 - did not receive USB cable or CD Rom- anyone else not receive these?

I've been reading these forum's and have noticed that people have received a CD Rom, and a USB cable when they purchased their Nokia 6620. I just purchased mine on Sunday, 2-20-05 and did not get these with my purchase! I called Cingular and they said to contact the Cingular store that I purchased my phone from, then called the Cingular store and they acted like I was crazy! Like it was absurd that I even suggest that the phone would come with these extras!
Anyone else have this sort of problem? What should I do? This was an expensive phone! I'm a little P.O.'d!

I haven't heard of any phones coming with that. In any case, it's a very awesome phone and well worth the money. If I had the money, I too, would have one. Just either search for it on Froogle or Ebay. You should be able to find one cheap.

does not come with the cable nor software. the software is free on nokia's website and you can get a USB cable for like 8 bucks on ebay.

Don't bother with the cable - get a bluetooth dongle - the Trendware/Trendnet one works well for me, and it comes with a handy USB extension cable.

I have the high powered one that supposedly goes 300 feet. It's a very good product.

I purchased my 6620 in Canada from Rogers at Radioshack and wasnt expecting a usb cable. But when they showed me the phone it had the drivers (which are free anyways at Nokia.com) the battery, the MMC, User Guide and usb cable. So that was pretty cool. 😁
