Photo I.D.? Recorded Ring Tones?
I'm only here because of how awesome this phone looked, and I just have a few more questions. First, can you use pictures as ID on the caller ID when someone calls/you call them? I know you can pick a thumbnail to put in their profile, but... I'm not sure if that goes to the caller ID. Heh, the Nokia page on it didn't do it much justice for me. Second, can you have your ringer set to a recording? Seems that you could, with the speaker phone and microphone (well, duh, it's a phone =P). The look of the screen and whole phone interface looks awesome. Oh, I'm probably not going to do many text messages, but can you use the joystick to scroll through a keyboard on the screen? I have the 6620 and love it. The caller ID that comes with the phone is not very good. I purchased a piece of software that gives you FULL screen caller ID and it works wonderfully. Also, you do not have a keyboard on the screen to navigate through with the joystick. You have to text using the keypad.
I am not sure if you can use a recording as your ringer...never tried that.
Finally, I have had no issues with my phone freezing. It has been the best phone I have had to date.

Yes you can use a recorded voice memo as a ringtone. Just select the recording from the gallery when you customize that phonebook entry. I had a great recording from my Mom (nearly 80 mind you) from my answering machine at home going, "are u there? well pick up the dam phone then!"
Freezing, yes from time to time the phone does freeze, be sure to exit from each program instead of just hitting the red end key, if you have multiple programs running (esp Hardrock Casino or another high memory user) your 6620 will have more freeze ups. If your phone is running slow, check to see how many programs you are running at one time.
The only way I have found that works to unfreeze is to pull the battery off, count to 20 and reboot. No ctrl, alt, d...
