Enter "full screen caller ID" in the "search" area of the home page. You'll have to email the product manufacturer and ask for the "fixed" trial software. The trail version on the site doesn't work! They'll sent it to you quickly.

I'm sorry to appear stupid, but when I go to Handango.com and search as you said, it comes up with 43 Java and 43 Symbian choices. None of which is the full screen caller ID. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Type in Full screen caller ID and you should see 171 entries. Click on the Symbian OS software, and you should see 100 titles - the 1st one is the Symbianware full screen caller ID. Keep trying - it's there, really!

i have the software from handango butcan't get it to work. i actually bought the software and it is not working. i loaded thepictures in the program and still cannot get the full screen picture to show up. only the thumbnail shows up as usual. can someone help please.

Email the supplier. They'll know what to do. Their email address on the page where you purchased the software. I haven't purchased it yet - just the trial version.

i did and have not recieved any replies. i think i will try and return the software. their customer service stinks. i sent an email over tothem complaining of my issue. i included ifo in the email that they requested but no response as of yet. i emailed them on wed and didn't get a response until late friday. they asked me for the same info again but they have not responded.

Scroll down and it should be the 5th or 6th one listed. This is the site of the actual software developer. They are easy to do business with.
