I updated my phonebook using Handset Manager and changed all my contact ringer ids to "low beep once" In order to fix it I have to manually change each one and next time I update it - same problem - anyone know a way I can fix this using software???

Also, does anyone know if there is a way to see the date a record was added to phonebook using this, QPST or bitpim?

Also, side issue. When using Bitpim (I have latest version 8.0), it doesnt show newly added entries???

Ok, I figured out how to bulk delete the individual contact ringer ids that I believe got messed up from handset manager. I exported the phonebook file via bitpim to a csv file, opened in excel, deleted 4 columns that related to the personal message and call ringer ids, except for the headers. Deleted the entries in bitpim by ctrl-a and delete then reloaded them back using the import feature. Worked like a charm.

I initially tried this with a csv file I created in handset mgr but this required manually setting the column headings which is difficult to match exactly.

The other problem with bitpim doesnt happen anymore but I would still love to know if there is a way to see the date a record was added.
