v600 flex

does anyone know how that i can upgrade my v400 flexware to that of the v600?

Firstly, be sure to only update the flexware and not the firmware.
When you flex it, all of your data will be wiped off. So back up you phone #s not stored in SIM, wallpapers, ringtones, java apps, etc.
After flexing it you will have no Cingular branding, more Motorola ringtones and wallpapers, more MotoMixer stuff, AIM and regular IM built in, ability to play MP4 and 3GP videos, and some more.
I've done it on my phone and I like it.
