any problems??
has anyone that owns a v400 had any problems with the keypad sticking, or the phone freezing up suddenly? i'm an agent for cingular in north carolina, and i've had the v400 for about two months now, and it's just now giving me problems, i was just trying to see if anyone else had the same problems or not.

I had it for four days now and I was wondering what do you mean by the keypad sticking? And also with the phone just freezing up suddenly, Just every other day or so turn the phone off and leave it off for around 40 sec. Then turn it back on. The phone is like a computer where it needs to reboot once in a while. I think I got this info from a thread in this forum.

when i say keypad sticking, i mean that sometimes, when i can press a button once, it will show up 3 or 4 times on the screen...and i turn my phone off every night, and cut it back on the next morning...i know they work like computers, but sometimes, it's ridiculous...i know one other agent in my town that has the same problem...

😲 OIC. Yeah I never had the keys stick yet. You might have a bad one and yes it is ridiculous 😡

Greetings from a fellow NC agent. I've not had any problems with my keypad sticking or the phone freezing but the last couple days I've noticed there seems to be a lag when I press a button until I get a reaction on the phone.
being that I got my V600 info kit today I'm hoping maybe my v400 will break and I can get Cingular to let me upgrade with a replacement.
