Motorola V400

PST 6.7 Problem!

I'm trying to use PST 6.7 to upload games to my phone, but when it trys searching for my phone, an error pops up saying "Phone not connected. Please connect and power up the phone!" I'm pretty sure it's plugged in properly because Mobile Phone Tools works fine. I have Windows XP if that helps.

Nevermind. I was able to figure it out. I had to get the update PST files from www.motclub.com and then reboot and it installed the drivers and stuff that I needed.

Hello,

I have the same problem. I downloaded the PST patch from motoclub but what did you do next? PST still does not recognize my phone although I can use the Motorola tools to send ringtones and images fine so the phone is there. HELP!
