my v400 isnt connecting to my pc

my mobile phone tools works, but my pst wont work, so my midway wont work, and when i first installed pst my pc detected it as a modem, now its not detectable, ive reinstalled all the drivers and programs, but nothing work, can someone please help me

Check the COM port of the phone. It should be listed under MODEMS in the Device Settings. Try changing the COM port to something else. I had mine at COM6 at work but at home on other machine I have to set it to COM4.

Just one idea.
