motomixer problem
when i try to select/create a new motomixer, i get directed back to the multimedia menu. i saw someone with the same problem on one of the user reviews. is this a defect or do i just not know how to use it? and if it's a defect, are ALL the phones like it or just a couple?

I'm not sure if you're supposed to be able to actually create the mixer on the cell phone. If you check out Motorola's website (see below), it appears that you're supposed to originally create the ringtone online, pay for it, and then send it to your phone.

This is a known issued with the v400. A fix came out late in february. Go to a cingular wireless store for the fix.
