Can anyone tell me how to IGNORE a phone call when my phone is not flipped? I have it on anwser when flipped open but on them occassions when its closed and its someone I dont care to talk to... I gotta listen to it ring and ring cause I dont know how to stop the call. Someone impart some wisdom on this situation. Peace

if you push the up or down volume key, it will silent the ringer.

I am a cingular rep and the only time it will silent is if I answer the phone with the flip up. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

I am a Cingular rep as well, trust me. If the phone is ringing, press the up or down volume key while it is closed and it will silence the ringer.

Do one of you know where i can get the V400 for a cheap price without signing up for a contact with Cingular.
