Do i dare ask why? If you were think of having the phone activated on a VZW service it won't work unfortunately.

Pcs (CDMA 1900) is a bandwidth that is used for most cellular phone companies that is on cdma technology. This basically is the name of the higher frequency of a digital signal.

What sprint doesn't have like VZW is a lower frequency of digital signal CDMA 800. The would make the phone about half the phone that would be available for the service

The bottom line is that the phone wont be activated by VZW because it isn't fully compatible with the service and will cause everyone headaches down the road.

Sell it on Ebay. and get a new phone. LOL
