verizon "salesman" who make 2c an hour know less than a 5yr old
about whats coming out when. They are clueless.Today theyre a verizon salesman, yesterday they were a bouncer and next week they'll be grocery clerks.

Three days before the A610 came out, I was in
a store looking at the VX4500. I made a remark to the salesman about the A610 was going to be out the following week. He said that it's been delayed so much that he doubt it would be out before May.
Guess what! He was wrong.
The people that work in the stores hardly ever
know what's coming out until its on the floor.
I think April/May is reasonable with this phone. I don't think that it could be delayed do to 'phone issues', but that Verizon's video send/recieve network software might not be bug-free.

News Flash!! we have to tell u ppl that we dont no when the phones coming out, or that it prolly wont be out for a few wks even if we think that it will be in by the end o the day. becus we no how verizon can be and that even if they say tuesday, chances are half the time itl be next friday. and if we were to tell u tuesday, ud be in there tuesday money in hand ready to buy it, but if its not there, then u giv us a major butt chewing. but screw the fact that verizon lied to us, u jus want ur fone and u want it now, so u go ahed and shoot the messenger.

Yes, some Verizon Wireless customers aren't the brightest crayons in the box Max, and aren't too accomidating, not all though. Here's another NEWS FLASH, 1; not only do Verizon Wireless "Salesmen" make more than those of you out there that our taxes pay your WELFARE TYVM, release dates are SUJECT TO CHANGE, as with any business. Furthermore, because of CONFIDENTIALITY agreements, technically the release date can't always be told, because of that little thing we all love to call COMPETITION. So go ahead and climb down of your Verizon Wireless salesperson bashing high horse and come back down to a little place we call REALITY!

um, regarding release dates, verizon is ALWAYS many months behind the competition, so keeping the exact amount of weeks or months behind the competition they are a secret to the rest of us really doesnt do a whole heck of a lot of good now does it? Odds are more likely that they tease us with release dates they never have any intention of trying to meet and instead wait until software etc becomes cheaper so they can buy the phones cheaper and make a larger profit when they sell them to their customers who are just too uninformed and desparate for new hardware to care at that point.
I personally make it a point to never trust salespeople because they have a vested personal interest in selling their product and put that above all else inc...
