Sending picture to the phone from the computer

When you send pictures to the phone from your computer, how do you send them so that they show up in full screen on the phone? Is there a certain size they need to be sent in?

Right now they only show up as a small picture not in full screen.

What jpeg compression works best? I tried the highest compression to make the file size small but the quality was pretty poor with lots of pixilazation.

Also, when I save the pix message, it saves them in the "Images" folder under "Graphics". The "Options" let you move them to one of the numbered folders under "My Folder" but I can't find a way to move them or save them to the "Photo Gallery". Is there a way to save the pictures in the pix message directly to the Photo Gallery or move them ...

If you are going to send a pic from your PC the pic has to be 240x320 for a full screen size. I sent about 3 pics to my phone and came out fine but recently when i try to send a pic the pic size is veryyyyyy small. Dunno why.
It wont save in PHOTO GALLERY. That is only for when you take pictures with the camera. IMAGES is for everything else.

I've tried saving them in 240x320, which is the format of the graphic pictures and also in 480x640, which is the format of the pictures you take with the cell camera that are saved into the Photo Gallery. The pictures still do not fill up the full screen regardless of the format size I use.

I even tried a larger format 800x600 and still no luck. 😕

The only ones I get to fill up the screen are the ones taken by the cell camera and stored in the Photo Gallery.

Has anyone figured out how to transfer pictures from a computer to the phone and have them use the full screen? 😕

I read your last post and tried that format and some others. It still does not fill the screen.

Why would some pictures work for you and other not? What size are the ones that work?

Email me the 3 you have and maybe I can check their properties.

Thanks,

I have tried to send pics from my computer, using Outlook, which starts Word for a new message. I put it to plain text, but the pics still do not show up on the phone. Error message. So I followed Howardforums instructions; sent using mail2world.com. The pics make it if I send 1 at a time, but when I set main to one of them, after closing the phone I end up with a white screen. They work fine on the LCD screen. Any help woould be appreciated.
