To big for my taste.

Sprint offers a Phone with all the same features PLUS Push to talk. And its smaller and lighter than the audiovox 9900. Go see the sprint phone in the store and imagine a bigger and heavier phone.

Or just compare them on phonescoop look at the dimensions and weight.

Weight 3.85 oz Sprint Sanyo 5500
4.09 oz Audiovox 9900

Size 3.60" x 1.85" x 1.07" SANYO 5500
3.66" x 1.89" x 0.95" Audiovox 9900

Here is the real comparison:

Audiovox 9900: Made by Toshiba
9000 series of Audiovoxes work.
On Verizon Wireless's network, which means you can actually keep a phone call for more than 2 minutes.

Sanyo 5500: Made by Sanyo
Sanyo phones are "cute" and have "great features" but their reception sucks
Used on Sprint's Network... enough said
