i give it an 8. The reason its not a ten is the ringers suck, the flip clicks and the speaker is on the back so it gets muffled by anything its resting on.

My rebview is on the User reviews section. Read it and take a guess. (at the current price its an 11/10, when it goes up to normal a 9.9/10)

I am going to wait a month or two to do my review. To me there is so much to explore. Just being able to exploit all the features and become as comfortable with it to the same level as my CDM-9500 will take 2 weeks. I am amazed at how fast you guys can tear into this phone after it being out only 5 days. 😲 😳

Airwar,
I'm going to have to agree with you again. I'll have to wait to do my review as well. I'm still stuck on my BLUE 9500, so I will really have to fine tooth this phone before I can give it an honest review.

Heck, you need a good week just to decipher the manual....

MickyLover, three things the 9500 has, that this 9900 doesn't are:

1.) Text on 9500 easier to read as it is more bold. Can this be adjusted on the 9900?

2.) Phone book icons are diminished, 9500 has more extensive ways to define E-Mail (home or business), same with phones, pagers, printers and computers. The 9900 is limited? Any ideas, maybe we can transfer icons to the phone book to define addresses from somewhere else?

3.) It's not as easy to axcess the incomeing/outgoing call lists as it was with the 9500.

As great as this 9900 phone is, time will be required to get comfortable with it.

Airwar,

1. I'll have to agree with you here. No, I don't see anyway to adjust the text or font.

2. I'm only seeing one icon that has been omitted on the 9900. The 9500 had a "cell email" icon that's not on the 9500. No way of transferring icons that I see.

3. Hmm, I don't know about this one. Six in one hand half a dozen in the other. I like the menus on the 9900, that may be what's swaying me.
