Holster
Can anyone reccommend an after-market holster that can fit a A670 with an extended battery and can allow the phone to open while still in the holster. I'm so use to my all StarTAc that allows me to open the phone w/out taking it out of the holster.

The only thing that I could recommend to you is that you buya body glove case for your phone. I've got one that it's awesome because not only does it protect your phone due to it falling (god for bid) but it keeps the screens print free. It comes with a quick release clip that yuou can put onto you belt similar to the stock belt clip but while the phone is clipped onto the clip, you can flip it open and use it. I don't like doing it but you can use it like that. You can buy them at the mall for aound $ 14 or so. The only thing that you are going to want to do is cut a small hole on the outside cover of it if you do buy it. The reason for this is that the front cover does cover up the speaker where the music and ringtones come out of so if yo...

Actually the Verizon store now sells a leather cover like you just described but it comes with a hole already cut out for the speaker. No post-purchase surgery required.

Yes I know that Verizon sells the leather case which is part of the acessory package but the one I'm talking about isn't the leather case. It's just another type of case which you can buy from any mall or outside Kiosk.

Verizon will actually sell you the leather holster by itself, minus the car kit. As for the generic holsters, you are correct that they don't have model-specific holes for the speakers. I just bought a holster direct from Samsung that was supposed to be specifically made for the a670 and was unhappy to find that, unlike the leather case that I bought from Verizon, it does not have a hole for the speaker.
