Ok, I am trying to find my perfect "plan" fone and I am giving it time to review all of my favorite fones that Verizon Wireless offers.

1. I've heard that the desktop charger is really tight and hard to get the fone off...howd yyou fix that?

2. Can you lock the fone?

Yes, you can lock the phone. The phone is a little hard to pull out of the desk charger but that is because it snaps in. Nothing to worry about though. Good luck.
