ring and vibrate?
Is there a setting to have the phone ring and vibrate in whichever order? Only way I've found to get it to vibrate is in manner mode.

I don't own the phone, yet, but I thought that if you keep turning up the volume of the ringer after the highest setting it switches to ring/vibrate simultaneously. I don't know what all options there are for ringing and vibrating but hopefully this helps a little.
