Viewing/scrolling images and images for contacts

I just purchased this phone about a day ago. I like the phone a lot, until I used the graphics option from GET IT NOW. I downloaded some images that I uploaded to Picture This!

I saved them as wallpapers in which placed it into the graphics folder under My Media. Well, I was browsing the images and all of sudden the images stopped displaying and then the phone shut off. I didn't think too much of it, so I tried again, well it happened again, it just shut off, entirely. I thought it needed to be charged and also thought it needed to cool down, but that wasn't the case.

I then went to verizon to find out if they knew anything, but of course they didn't, and they just replaced the phone. Well, thinking it might have been the phone, it wa...

you may want to take a look at the "glitch" I found as well (posted right before you) see if you have the same issue. I spoke to a technician in the store he just raised his eyebrow and said...yeah..new units have glitches, but more than likely many of them will be reported to lg and fixed, give it a month and bring the phone in for a frimware upgrade. Overall the phone is as good as the 4400, so I may just wait and see..not like many other units with good speaker phones are comming out anytime soon 😕

could you please tell me how you were able to download the pics to your phone? i uploaded some pics to my Picture This account on their website, but then when i log in from my phone, the pics aren't there. thanks.
