If anyone else is having the same trouble with the volume control I was, this will help you. Every time I adjusted the ear piece or speaker volume during a call, it would change itself. If I turned it up, it would wait a second and turn back down. If I turned it down, it would turn back up. I was about ready to open up the window and throw it as far as I could! Finally, I tried clicking the "OK" button after changing the volume setting and that took care of the problem. It doesn't say anywhere in the manual this is necessary...maybe it's an LG thing...don't know as this is my first. But hopefully this will save someone's sanity. Otherwise, it seems to be a good phone so far.

thanks for the info. one question though; when you click OK to set it at the volume you want, is it only set for that particular phone call, or it will stay at that setting until you change it again?
