Apple iPhone 4 (GSM)
ONLY 2 EVO's have been exchanged in our store out of 350!!!
Yes not one has returned yet and every day I come in I look. It's not because I want an 8 gig card for free its becasue I just want to know. Nobody is complaining about this phone except for the battery. This phone is doing very well. Except for the higher resolution on the iphone4 the iphone loses in every categroy... camera 8 meg..4g.. even 3g with sprint is faster at up to 1500 kbps.. I liked my I-touch until the EVO now ......I don't think the new I-phone will keep customers on like in the past. The tables have turned and now there is a phone that is just plain better. Its not an 😉 ... its a fact. 😉

I work for a third party retailer. I have had issues with 3 out of the 14 that i have sold. on two of them they are havinh issues with the touchscreen not working correctly. One just had dead spots and the other didn't work if you held the phone at different angles. The last issue was when i recived one in to replace one and the esn was already for a nother phone 7b states away. From talking to other people that these issues are wide spread.

I don't see how you can call anyone a fan boy. I happen to love both the evo and the iphone. I am just stating a fact. There are issues with the iphone yes but there is also issues the evo. Only uneducated fan boys will dismiss the facts to believe their own falsehoods.

Iphone advantages over EVO. (from reading reviews, including phonescoop's review. I don't have either devices)
1) Battery life!!!
2) Screen resolution
3) Camera- megapixels not as high, but takes pictures better in different light levels and much quicker. Google it. Its been tested on several websites.
3) HD video- records video better than any other hd capable phone
4) Gaming- reviewer stated it rivals PSP and Nintendo DS
5) Ease of use
6) Internet page loading- said its faster than any other smartphone. He also said he was surprised 3g could go that fast.
7) Faster wi-fi: Newest version of wi-fi
Media- itunes/iphone combo better than anything else on the market
9) Touchscreen- Seamless. NO lag. Best touchscreen on the market...

I am replying to similar messages claiming the superiority of the EVO in different threads. Its not like I am posting the same thing in the same thread.
And where did I say I wasn't biased? I simply said that I wasn't saying the iphone 4 was better than the EVO. I was listing the iphone's advantages over the EVO. I know more about iphones because I am an iphone user. If I was an EVO user, I would probably be able to give you all of the EVO's advantages.
