yes it comes w/the belt clip and yes the holster swivels. and the phone can be put in the holster with the screen facing in or out.

Why does this phone NOT have an external caller id? Are people passing on the phone and waiting for the v810? Anyone know what the next phone will be after this one?

I dont know why it doesnt have the external display, but personally i like it better w/out it b/c then the picture ID (the pic of the caller shows up along w/the number) will actually work. on the vx 6000 and the aud. 8900, the external display shows the # so you already know who is calling, w/the sam 610 you can flip open the phone, see the pic of who is calling, and then answer it. I'm definetly getting it when it comes out on tuesday

the 8900 is tri mode, has a speakerphone, and the clarity of the pix is better. But i have the 6000 and have absolutely no complaints with it

I have tried the 8900 and luved it compared to the 6000. The only drawback to the 8900 is the outer display is tough to see since is dark even when lit up. I dislike the 6000 due to the backlit has no ability to stay on all the time which is a pain when using a VRU, etc. I will definately be buying the 610 when it comes out since I just sold my 6000 for $230.
