I would question how AT&T could plan to sell a phone that has not been type accepted by the FCC. I think you will see it for sale from overseas vendors (like mPhone) before you will see it for sale over here.

Looks like the software bugs keep pushing out carrier acceptance. November's probably out of the question for US launch. Motorola UK site shows it already available over there.

Man! Does anyone know when this phone is coming out? I really don't want the V300 or the E715.. I can get the phone from a vendor overseas.. Do u think it's worth buying this phone right now, with all the talk about the software bugs? Would Motorola update it for me?

Yes.. The vendor is in Europe.. But I'm not trustin him right now.. Don't wanna put noone in a bad situation.. There are alot of fakes out there.. I really want the phone.. I wish Motoral, the FCC, and everyone postin msg's up here would stop bullshittin.. Cause I want this phone!!!!
