Motorola V600

talked to att customer rep on the phone and complained about how the phone freezes (have to force shutdown and turn back on when trying to end a call that won't end...). she said there's a software upgrade for this. does anyone know where/how to get this? do i go in-store or can they do it over the phone when they switch me to the technical customer rep?
