Syncing with Outlook Express
Since this phone only supports one phone number per entry, what happens when you sync it with Outlook Express and the entries have more than one phone number listed?

Here is where it becomes soooo fun! You get an individual entry per phone number. Thanks Motorola!
Not to mention that address fields and other information is completely dumped. The final truth is that this phone does not have an acceptable level of connectivity with other tools. As if this is not enough...you need to buy the software to synchronize as a separate product. Software that doesn't work...
