Motorola V600
ringtone question for anyone
Well, I finally got my v600 a few days ago and so far I don't have any technical problems. It's a cingular marked phone and all the wallpapers are pretty gay. So I'm wondering if anybody here knows where I can get free ringtones and how I access them (and if that part is free too). Same thing goes for wallpapers, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you like to change ringtones with any frequency, I'd make a one-time investment and
buy Xingtone (www.xingtone.com). It's $14.95 to buy the software; thereafter, you can legally create your own downtones in a few minutes from your favorite CDs, your kid's voice, or whatever.
I've had a lot of fun with it, and recommend it.

That's a great idea.
Also - if you are always fiddling with ringtones, don't forget to set is as a shortcut on the phone. Saves a lot of drilling into menus on the phone.
