Yes, you can use pictures from your pc, and import them into the phone. im not sure on how to do it with bluetooth, but i was able to do it with the usb.

Yes, you can take your own pictures and use them as wallpaper or screensavers. Whenever you snap a picture a menu comes up after with a list of choices, including using the picture for a caller id, wallpaper, etc.. It is very easy to use, I already am using a favorite poster of mine as my wallpaper, everyone that sees it thinks it looks great.
