Under the Browser Menu, go to Browser, and then to Web Sessions. The next one as well. The e-mail settings go under "email settings" on the messages menu.

I have TMobile and had the same questions regarding the settings.

I called TMobile and they sent all the browser setings via OTA to my V600 (which they don't carrier) and it automatically set it all up for me.

Try this with Cingular. Good luck
