Hey everyone, well I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but my phone has been buggy. Its just my luck so I'm guessing everyone else's has been fine.

The other day I was recieving an incoming call and as I tried to answer it, the phone screen went to white and the phone froze.

Today my "call end" button wouldn't work until I took the battery out and put it back in. I couldn't even power the phone off with it. I couldn't end my calls either.

And just a few minutes ago I opened it up to a white screen again, then it started flipping, said NO SERVICE and then went right back to normal.

Anyone experience anything similar? Rather than pay the Hong Kong return shipping prices, Motorola said I could ship it down to Texas and they wou...

I have not experienced the problems you are describing yet. I have used mine quite a bit over the week with no problems except the voice mail indicator light taking about 15 - 20 minutes to come on, and go off.

Just out of curiocity, for my future reference, can you post the number you used to call Motorola support who offered to repair your phone?

I would suspect you've got a sick phone instead of software/firmware problems. If Motorola is willing to replace it, and in as quickly as a week, I rather think that's what you ought to do.

you might want to try a Master Clear & Master Reset from your v600's settings before sending it anywhere ... I haven't had any problems with my v600 on 1CR firmware.

I had this happen to me yesterday. I lost the voice from my call, then I tired to end and it went no where. Now before I go to the end result, let me tell you a couple of things that happened before that. While using MPT the first time it read the phone files (Audio, Pics, Video) but the next time I tried it nothing I was only able to sync the phone book. Tried every thing, uninstalling and re-installing and so on to no evail. I paired my HS810 but the it would not conect to the phone unless I went to the connections and have it activated from there. Now here is what finaly happend, after the call freeze, I took the battery out, it booted into a white screen, then the wallpaper appeared. After that I used it for a 1 hour straight call...

My cousin works for At&t and he said that the reason Motorola has been lagging on the phone is because the phone would just turn off....he heard the phone is going to come out end of April Beggining of May

Well, I tried the resets and so far so good. I hope that does it. Otherwise, I'll just go through the Motorola warranty which is something I was thinking about doing anyway a few months after the AT&T Wireless phone release. I'm guess they would replace it or flash it with the lastest stuff by then. By the way, the Motorola number I called was 800-331-6456. I'm still glad I purchased the unlocked version despite all of this.
