no i never use it in my car, its slim but, still not really designed for in car use, if ur just concerned about media/nav audio look into a simple line out to line in audio, this is much easier with aftermarket head-units, or you can also hardwire a motorola dc800, into your system if it has a audio input, theres also adapters for cd changer controls, but once again the phones speakerphone isant loud enough for in car use for you?
