What I thought of the Pre. ?NO? WMA support?!!!?

Jul 18, 2009, 5:06 PM
So I got a chance to check out someone's Pre at my work, I can say it feels very solid.

I was just looking at it's specs, both music & ringtones support MP3
!BUT! ?NOT? WMA, what the heck is the deal with that?!!!?

And I noticed the batteries capacity is only 1150mAh, it would be nice if it was more like 1500mAh.

And I noticed in the bluetooth doesn't support object push (OPP).

So what are all your thoughts about the Pre?

I care, wish there were a plug-in to get wma files to play. I had to move about 50 songs out of the 264 tracks in my music back to the computer to convert them so Pre could play them. But the supported formats work just fine and music sounds good. The Pre's video playback is awesome everything looks HD. Its almost like looking into another world thats how clear the movies look. Camera takes sharp quality pictures 2 cant wait for video recording! Overall the Pre has been solid and Palm just keeps releasing updates.
