i haven't touched any new OS's yet but i read that the new .122 version, since it was only released for bell, may cause some problems if installed onto a verizon storm. make sure you give that a thought.

as far as the downloading and installing, i have yet to install a new one to mine so i wouldn't be able to help there. sorry. get a hold of hawkeyeOC or FknTwizted. they can help.

i havent tried bell's official .122, but after using the leaked .122, i went with the .113. hawk is running .113 as well. i think .113 is better overall, although i havent used the official bell .122. i used the hybrid v1 and the hybrid v2, and i think so far .113 is the best.

Assuming you did everything the way you were suppossed to, you can try a couple of things to get it to show up:
-You can try disconnecting the computer from the internet after you get the file downloaded to your computer and then use loader.exe
-Maybe the downloaded file didn't install onto your PC when you double clicked the .exe file
