so i am having a few questions.
my browser does not go right to verizon home page like i want it to. it keeps going to this thing called some other place "open hands "i think i dunno.
so how do i get rid of that app?
also , can you not buy ring tones and ring backs....??? i can find no option to do so on my blackberry storm.
i am a first time blackberry guy..so any help would be great!

for ringtones, make them your self, or go to tuneusin.com on your bb and they have a good free selection. ringback tones must be done on a computer.
as for your browser, i go to a website (the one you want for your default page) i use google.com, then hit menu, option, browser config (or browser options) then on the bottom it will say default page, then it will say use current.

Ok, so on the Verizon home page, try deleting you internet options, i.e. history, cookies, etc.
You can't manage ringback tones from your BB. I haven't done this (because I hate ringback tones), but try logging in to you Verizon account (from a PC) and managing you ringback tones from there.
