BlackBerry Storm 9530

Voice Mail Issue

I just got my storm on Saturday as an upgrade from my pearl. I'm very happy with it (and haven't installed a newer software version yet), however my voice mail indicator at the top of the screen says I have a message. I have no messages in visual voice mail, and I have logged into my actual voicemail and it says I have no messages. I used the * option to close my VM instead of just hitting "end". Any suggestions?

I've pulled the battery and tried uninstalling visual voice mail. Still no luck.

Try looking at this thread. It probably is an issue with VVM and VM.

My VM indicator seems to be apart of my SMS box (This is my first BB so i'm not sure if that is normal for BB's). I have to go into my SMS box and look at the message that says i have a VM for the indicator to go away.
