Help! I lost my "cursor mode"

I updated to .90 OS but since then I have lost the ability to use my "cursor mode". Before .90 when I logged into my browser on the bottom of the screen there were options/icons for mouse, zoom, www., etc. now those icons dont show up anymore. I especially miss having the option to using the mouse pointer in my browser since I often miss items with my finger.

Please help comrades.

Try touching the screen (don't click just touch the screen). That brings up those icons on my version but i don't have .90.
