Googles hosted domain

A quick question, does the G1 allow you to use Googles hosted domain? I use google to host my domain and therefore my email and calendar. It has the exact same interface as gmail does and runs using googles server and software, it uses my domain instead of the gmail suffix.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Should work fine. A quick test would be to lookup your domain's HTTP and MX server (Internet & E-Mail) IP addresses and compare to Google's G-Mail. Below is how G-Mail returns on an MX lookup:

Preference Host Name IP Address TTL
5 gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 72.14.247.27 3600
10 alt1.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 74.125.79.114 3600
10 alt2.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 209.85.221.178 3600
50 gsmtp183.google.com 64.233.183.27 3600
50 gsmtp147.google.com 209.85.147.27 3600

My guess is that they are the same or similar enough that it should work just like a G-Mail account for the G1.
