How fat?
It looks fat when it's closed. Is it? Compared to the 8300? I'm not a big fan of LG, but the 8300 was just given to my husband since his phone died, and it's really nice.

This phone is not fat at all, mellowlen62. It is a very nice size and fits into your hand very comfortably. I had the 8300, which I liked also, but that one was a little bulkier than this one. Verizon did good with this one!!

Thank you! On the "comparison" to which I was directed by Cellenator, and could have found myself had I been so inclined (lol), it looks so much bigger than the 8300, but it doesn't seem to be that much bigger. And my brain doesn't process the math anyway, of course I could always go to Verizon and check it against the deck of cards or the post-it notes.
