Ringer ID
One of the things I have been looking for in a phone is for the ringer id that you assign to a contact when they either call or TEXT. I like to be able to know who is texting based on the sound I hear. I know some motorola phones do this but I haven't been able to get the ve-20 to. Does anyone else know how? Or if it is even possible?

I've had this phone for around a month now and have figured out how to set a Ringer ID for calls but when they text it does the same inbox notification as anyone else, so I don't think there is a way to set an ID for texting, at least not that I've found yet.
You can however set one for calls either by editing the contact and adding it in there (about half way through the options is a Ringer ID space) or you can go to the sound and push the right soft key for "Set As" and apply it as a Contact Ringtone. Hopefully I've helped!
